A: There are many variables that go into the cost. The main factors include the area of travel, the time of day, the time of week, and the type of event. Call us now for more details.
Q: Is alcohol allowed on the bus and can it be consumed?
A: Yes, alcohol is allowed as long as everyone on board is of legal drinking age.
Q: Who provides the alcohol?
A: By law, no drinks will be supplied by Memphis Limo. but feel free to bring your favorite libations.
Q: Can I smoke?
A: Smoking is prohibited.
Q: Can I eat food on the bus?
A: Sure, but don't make a huge mess. If we have to clean anything up, an additional clean up fee may be charged.
Q: What do I need to do to confirm the reservation?
A: At that point, a valid credit card would need to be on file. It will be charged within 24-72 hours.
Q: Can we tip the chauffeur?
A: YES! It is not required, but it is highly encouraged if you feel that you received extraordinary service. Give the driver cash at the beginning or end of the night if you want to tip.

A: There are none. Your contract covers everything in depth. The only additional charges you may incur is if you go over time or damage the vehicle.

A: It really depends, but we recommend that you call us as soon as you know your date and time. Keep in mind that we a first come first serve business. Our customer service office is available 24/7 for your convenience.
Q: Do you have pricing on your website?
A: No, due to the changing nature of this business, your best option is to contact one of our friendly and courteous customer service representatives. They will be more than happy to fit you to the perfect vehicle and provide you with a quote.
Q: How many people can fit onto your vehicles?
A: We offer vehicles that will seat anywhere from 18 up to 40 passengers. Let us know your group size and we will fit you to the perfect limo bus for you and your group.
Q: Will I have to break the bank to book one of your limo buses?
A: Keep in mind that you will have a group of people riding with you and your best best is to divide the cost of renting your limo bus. Also, there are ways to save that we can talk to you about depending on what day and time you can use the vehicle. We will work with you to get you the best deal possible.
Q: Do you offer any kind of discounts?
A: That is not our normal mode of operation. Keep in mind that we put a lot of time into developing our price structure and in making it provide you with the greatest value possible. And one thing you will be happy to know is that we have no hidden fees incorporated into your cost in any way.

A: No, in an effort to keep our vehicles as clean as possible, we have made the decision not to have bathrooms on our limo buses. However, we offer unlimited stops so feel free to ask your driver to stop whenever someone has the need to use a bathroom.
Q: Is there a limit to the distance we can travel on one of your limo buses?
A: No, our policy is unlimited miles within the time frame you have rented your vehicle for.
Q: Do we have to provide an itinerary?
A: You don't have to, but we find that it helps. By having a list of destinations, your driver can program them into the GPS system.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: You can pay with your credit or debit card, traveller's check, or cash to your driver on the date of service.
Q: Do you operate during the winter?
A: Yes, we operate 24/7, 365 days a year.
Q: Can we bring our own CDs and DVDs?
A: Yes, in fact it is recommended because we want you to enjoy your experience as much as you possibly can.

A: As long as the bus is not expected back for another customer, you can continue having a great time. You will only be charged the rate you agreed on for your original time period.
